20 Jul Bike Cafe 2
“This reminds me so much of @typicacoffeeph,” crossed Theo’s mind as he waits for his turn on the queue. The straightforward aesthetic and carefully curated choice of materials — clean walls, reclaimed wood, and minimal vibe- remind him of that place.
“One cold brew and a dark chocolate cookie, please.” Both caffeine in different forms would definitely wake him up. He is ushered to wait on the side. “I need to find a seat, stat. (I) Need to rest my legs,” he thought as he scouts for a spot.
When his order is ready, he went to the designated seating area. “Looks like @__sspace.” Carefully spaced seating in various heights dots the area.
Folding chairs in a sturdy wood frame for easy stowing when the shop’s closed. “Probably a repurposed narra,” Theo thought as he examines the grain and color of the wood. Plomp. “Hay salamat,” as he sank in his seat.
He immediately jolted back to his seat properly when he noticed that he’s sharing the table with someone. Socially distanced, of course.
The cold brew is as refreshing as he thought it would be.
“Mmm, the cookie is good,” he mumbled as he eats the last bite. Savoring it with a cold brew that closely resembles the one at @yardstickcoffee.
